America to be sacrificed on the altar of globalism?
Maybe not

Glenn Spencer (holding geophone) --- and Pat Buchanan on the Phil Donahue Show (2002): Spencer: "What Frank Sharry wants is the borders fully open and the United States to be sacrificed on the altar of globalism!"

Breitbart -- April 4, 2016
Buchanan: Trump Unleashes Strongest Force of 21st Century --- Nationalism
As Wisconsinites head for the polls, our Beltway elites are almost giddy. For they foresee a Badger State bashing for Donald Trump, breaking his momentum toward the Republican nomination.
Should The Donald fall short of the delegates needed to win on the first ballot, 1,237, there is growing certitude that he will be stopped. First by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX); then, perhaps, by someone acceptable to the establishment, which always likes to have two of its own in the race.
But this city of self-delusion should realize there is no going back for America. For, whatever his stumbles of the last two weeks, Trump has helped to unleash the mightiest force of the 21st century: nationalism.
    Transnationalism and globalism are moribund.
First among the issues on which Trump has triumphed --- “We will build the wall --- and Mexico will pay for it!” --- is border security.
Republican candidates who failed to parrot Trump on illegal immigration were among the first casualties.
For that is where America is, and that is where the West is.

Slow Learners
Fourteen years ago --- I, along with others, including Pat Buchanan, appeared on the Phil Donahue Show in New York. By that time I had been fighting for the rule of law and against illegal immigration for ten years. It took that long for me to understand why this problem was so persistent. As I said on the show: "What Frank Sharry wants is the borders fully open and the United States to be sacrificed on the altar of globalism!”
The truth about globalism started to sink in when Peter Brimelow came to my California group in 1996 to talk about his book, Alien Nation.
There is a sense in which the current immigration policy is Adolph Hitler's posthumous revenge on America. The U.S. political elite emerged from the war passionately concerned to cleanse itself from all taints of racism and xenophobia. Eventually, it enacted the epochal Immigration Act (technically, the Immigration and Nationality Act Amendments) of 1965. And this, quite accidentally, triggered a renewed mass immigration, so huge and systemically different from anything that had gone before as to transform – and ultimately, perhaps, even to destroy --- the one unquestioned victor of World War II: the American nation, as it had evolved by the middle of the twentieth century. --- Peter Brimelow, Alien Nation
Looking through Brimelow's lens, the incredible effort by the left to keep our borders began to make sense --- they wanted to eliminate the nation state. They wanted no more flags, no more armies --- and no more America.
Now, twenty years after I met Peter Brimelow, and fourteen years after I appeared on the Donahue Show with Pat Buchanan, there is a growing nation-wide awareness that we are fighting globalists for the very survival of the United States.
Americans are responding to Donald Trump because they know he is telling the truth.
We may be slow learners --- but the truth about this attack on America's sovereignty is taking hold across the nation.
PS --- On the Donahue Show I am holding a geophone sensor which formed the basis of a border security system --- for which I was recently awarded a patent. This really drives the globalists crazy.
