Killer of California goes after Trump

Glenn Spencer tried to place an ad in the L.A. Daily News using this photo. -- The Times threatened the Daily News with a lawsuit if they ran it, so Glenn sued the L.A. Times. -- The judge threw the case out claiming that Glenn was threatening the Times' right to free speech. -- “This is just a taste of the lawlessness that has spread throughout California over the illegal immigration issue,” Spencer said.
