Spencer Calls for Investigation of USBP
Glenn Spencer, president of American Border Patrol, has called for an investigation of a July 28 incident involving the use of SEIDARM to detect and report on suspected drug smugglers. (See Video) -- Spencer says that hard data acquired during the incident, including the fact that the suspects were north of the border on a known smuggling route in a heavily patrolled area for more than 35 minutes --- possibly without being apprehended, calls for an investigation. "Americans have spent millions of dollars in technology and hardware to secure this area. This incident suggests that this money was not well spent." --- See Report.....
